Categories List
Choose how your category list looks - from bold photo banners to clean minimal layouts. Each category can also display information pills showing key details at a glance, such as age range, team size, and closing dates, all updated in real time.

Choosing a theme
We've pre-selected a default theme so nothing needs changing unless you'd like to try something different.
The theme controls how your category list is displayed. You can switch between themes as many times as you like while you're deciding.
Setup > Event > Theme
The themes available will vary slightly depending on your event type:
- Single section events - participants can only select one category
- Multiple section events - participants can select multiple categories, one per section
Once you select a theme, the setup steps required for that theme are displayed automatically. Different themes have different requirements - colours to set, banners to upload, or other configuration steps.
Single section events
Stay with the default setting or choose another.

Multiple section events
Stay with the default setting or choose another.

Configure Information Pills
Information pills are small labels that appear on each category, giving participants key details at a glance - things like age restrictions, team size, or closing dates.
Information pills are configured on each category individually - so you can choose exactly which details to highlight for each one.
Setup > Section (if applicable) > Category > Display tab
