Arrival Point


Configure the registration arrival point displayed when participants visit the registration link, including event info content and available registration actions.

Registration Form Link (URL)

You can use a static sub-domain link (e.g. myevent.eventplus.net) which becomes your permanent link to the currently open registration page.

Alternatively, you can use a direct link to a specific registration form.

Arrival Point Arrangement

The arrival point appearance is configured in Setup > Event > Shared Settings and applies to all instances of the event. There are two layout options:

1. The traditional landing page, where participants must enter their email address before any event details are displayed.

2. A richer experience supporting a category page and/or multiple content pages — ideal if your event doesn't require a separate website. Categories can be highly visual, with image banners and more.

When option 2 is selected, the following layout elements can be configured:

The template allows for the following:

  • Left event menu [optional]
  • Centre content panel [optional]
  • Right platform buttons

Event Content
Create rich event content with photos, videos or widgets to inform and inspire registrants looking to learn about your event

Setup > Event > Arrival > Event Content.

The layout adjusts automatically based on the number of content items:

  • No content items - the right platform menu is displayed in the centre
  • 1 content item - the left event menu is hidden; the content panel and right platform buttons are shown
  • 2 or more content items - the left menu, centre content panel, and right platform buttons are all displayed

A category page is created by default when a new event is set up.

Arrival Actions
Configure the registration actions (buttons which show on the right panel) shown on arrival.

Colour Scheme
The colour scheme can be set under Setup > Event > Colours and Icons
The “Arrival Point” tab controls the colour scheme arrangement on the Arrival Page.

Banner and Background image
The banners and background image is set under Setup > Event > Name & Logos
We suggest a transparent background logo along with background image.
