Marketing Campaigns & Referrals Report

The Marketing Campaigns and Referrals Report provides insights into all visits to the registration form link where users have signed in-either by logging into their existing eventplus account or creating a new one, and tracks their progress through the customer journey.

Note: Phase 2 will expand this functionality to include all visits, even those that do not proceed to sign in.

To access the report:

  1. Go to Reports > Campaigns and Referrals.
  2. Set your desired date range or select 'All Time'.

The chart depicts a funnel starting from Signed In, tracking the customer journey through to Paid, and displaying the total conversion percentage on the far right.
The left-hand column indicates how participants arrived at the registration link, categorized into three groups:

  • Campaign: Each campaign is listed as a row, with drill-down options to view the medium and source.
  • Referrals (No Campaign): Represents visits from external websites, such as the event's website, which is expected to have the highest number of referrals.
  • Direct: Refers to participants who accessed the event registration page via a direct link.
