Bank Merchant Account

The amount paid out to your bank merchant account usually represents the previous days transactions, although the cut off for the day may be closer to 11pm than midnight. The exact time varies between banks.

Detailed Payout Transactions :

1. In the eventplus Dashboard, select the Event Organisation (top left)
2. Select Reports > Transactions Reconcile Report
3. Download the report then sort by the Transaction Date. You should be able to locate the transactions included in the Payout by date range.
