Results and Loyalty

Historic results can be loaded up so they are all on the same platform under your control.
Loyalty programmes can be setup to automatically attribute points to the participant based either on an event registration or completion (by way of a result).

Uploading Results

1. Start by downloading the results template (excel file) under Results > Upload Results.
2. Prepare the upload files. A LOT less information is required if the event registration exists within eventplus.
Just the Timing ID or Bib Number plus Result will suffice, otherwise a lot more personal details are required in order to match the result with an eventplus profile (or create one).
3. Send file(s) to help@eventplus.net for loading.

Viewing Results

Once uploaded results can be viewed under Results > All Results.
Use the Search (top right) to search for a name or email.

Public Results Link

A public results link is available which can be shared with other people / linked to from the event website. Ask us for the link to your event. ABC is used as a placeholder in the link below.

Setting up Loyalty / Achievement Programmes

Loyalty / Achievement Programmes can be setup without the need to load up results if the 'points' are being allocated based on event registration rather than the completion.

Loyalty programmes are setup under Setup > Achievements
This only needs to be setup once per event as the setup applies indefinitely.

1. Add a new achievement programme.

General tab

Add the name of your achievement programme.
Points can either be gained by Completing the event, or registering for the event.
Achievements information is displayed to the participant as they register for the event. If they have points already these will be displayed. The “Text to show if no points” will be displayed if the participant has no points.

Levels tab

Setup the achievement levels and number of points required to reach each level.

Categories tab

Specify the categories which count towards points. e.g. it maybe the Marathon and Half Marathon count, however the 1km kids run doesn't.
Specify which of these (if any) count : DNS, DNF, DIS, UNK

Products tab

Specify if the purchase of merchandise items count towards points.

2. Add the achievement section to the registration form.

Setup a question which has a question type of “Achievement: Show current achievement status”.
This will display the number of points a participant has, or the default message if no points exist.
It will also record the achievement level which the participant has so this is available via reporting.

The second optional question is setup to record the number of points which a participant has.
This is useful if the exact number of points a person/registration has is helpful to the the event team.

Participant experience

The participant will see a section on the Questions page. If they have points already, the achievement level and number of points will be displayed.

Participants achievements via the dashboard

2 lists are available via the dashboard under the Results menu.
- Achievements : One row per person, indicating their highest achievement level.
- Achievements Levels : One row per person, per achievement level.
