Registration Questions

Set up the event registration form. Create questions and answer choices, specify which questions are shown globally or for specific categories.

Question Sections

Question sections determine where questions are presented on the registration form and can be reordered using the Sort Order field.

Questions

Create, edit, or remove the questions that appear on the event registration form.
Located under Setup > Registration > Questions

New events will include some default questions which can be edited or removed if not required. Repeating events will automatically copy all questions from the previous event.

There is detailed help text available on the questions setup page. The most common setup options are:

Question Type: A wide range of question types are available including text, list, checkbox, and more. Some question types are used to display information rather than prompt for an answer, such as:

Info: Show information text - displays a block of text instead of a question
Info: Show image - displays an image instead of a question

Display Order: Controls the order questions are displayed within their question section.

Choices: If the question type is a list, checkbox, or radio button, the available choices must be defined here.

Categories: By default, if no categories are selected a question will appear globally. If categories are selected, the question will only apply to those categories.
