Race Bibs

Race numbers can be setup and automatically allocated as a participants enters the event, or uploaded in bulk from an excel file.

Automatic Race Number Allocation

1. Setup the bib ranges. Note: One range can be uses for multiple categories.

General:
Name: This can be any description which is meaningful to you.
Start Number: The first number in the range
End Number: The last number in the range
Next Number: The next number to be allocated, during setup this should be the same as the Start Number.
Number Prefix: If you are wanting a prefix on the race numbers e.g. CRIT, KIDS etc.
Last Return Date: The date when race bibs aren't reallocated if they are returned e.g. from withdrawn entries.

Team Options:

If the race number range is being used for team category or categories there are a few options which should be considered.

When to allocate team bibs: This can either be set to when the captain enters, or the team is complete (all members joined)
Keep team bibs sequential: Set this if the team members all have unique numbers, but these should be in sequence e.g. 5,6,7,8.
Team shares bib number: Set this if the entire team share the same number.

Bib Returns:
The bib returns tab shows a list of bibs which have been returned (e.g. from a withdrawal or category change). The status of the bib number will depend on the “Last return date”. If the bib is returned prior to the last return date being met it will be tagged to be reallocated. Returned bibs are allocated to the next registrations, using up graps in the number range. Each bib which is returned can be toggled to either be available for reuse or not.

Categories:
The categories which have selected to use the bib range.

2. For each category, choose the bib range.
